Biography
Ricardo Ubiraci Sennes is Partner Director at the Brazilian public policy and governmental relations advisory firm Prospectiva. He also serves as the General Coordinator of the University of São Paulo's International Analysis Group (GACINT) and non-resident senior fellow on Brazil at the Atlantic Council's Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center.
Sennes is an authority on political and economic analysis in Brazil and throughout Latin America. He has lent his insight to South American trade and political integration, as well as to projects in the energy, infrastructure, aerospace and defense industries.
Sennes earned his PhD in international relations and MA in political science from the University of São Paulo (USP) and his undergraduate degree in economics from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. He has conducted research on behalf of many international organizations including the International Relations Center at USP, the Woodrow Wilson Institute in Washington, and the Iberian and Latin American Studies Center at the University of California, San Diego.
