Women in Banking and Finance: The Journey to the C-Suite

The Banking and Capital Markets and Diversity, Inclusion  and Equity Committees will organize a luncheon with professionals and executives in Banking and Finance as well business law attorneys focusing on this sector. The purpose of this business luncheon aims to share experiences and challenges to reach to the top post. The open discussion will address the role of female leaders in connecting and empowering women and promoting gender equality in the industry.

Lindsay Lipsky August, Tampa Clearwater Market President, Truist will be the featured guest.

The number of attendees will be limited to allow everyone’s  engagement in a 90-minute program (introductions, discussion and luncheon). This small women’s luncheon by sector will be held throughout the year.
