Joice Izabel, Co-Chair of the Women’s Committee is a partner at Drummond Advisors, a firm specialized in international transactions between Brazil and the U.S. With over 10 years of experience, Joice is a recognized expert in accounting and taxation, helping companies navigate the internationalization process. Her  deep expertise in regulatory frameworks in both the Brazilian and U.S. markets allows her to provide strategic solutions to complex challenges faced by businesses. She is also the founder of the “Mulheres que Agregam” (Women Who Add Value) initiative, which promotes equity in the business environment.

She will be joined by Gabrielle MandeL who until recently served as the Brazil Country Manager  at United States Trade and Development agency-USTDA. In this capacity, she was responsible for business development, project preparation and evaluation, and supervision of USTDA activities in Brazil and the Southern Cone region. Gabrielle was the keynote of the inaugural luncheon of the Brazil-Florida Business Council in 2015.  She was the first recipient of the Founder’s Award and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Brazil-Florida Business Council.
