STEPHEN A. RAYMUND
Chairman
Jabil, Inc.

Steven Raymund has served as a director of Jabil since January 1996. Mr. Raymund was appointed as Chairman in January 2026 and had previously been Lead Director since November 1, 2021. He retired in May 2026 from the Board of WESCO International, Inc., a multinational electronics distributor, where he also served as chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Raymund began his career at Tech Data Corporation, a distributor of personal computer products, in 1981 as operations manager. He became COO in 1984 and was promoted to the position of CEO in 1986, serving until his retirement in 2006. Mr. Raymund served as the Chairman of the board of directors of Tech Data Corporation from 2001 until 2017. Mr. Raymund currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Dali Museum. Mr. Raymund holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree in International Politics from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Services.

Stefano Mozzi is an executive with more than 25 years of experience in the food and consumer goods industry, with expertise in marketing, sales, and international business expansion across Brazil, Argentina, and the United States. Since 2009, he has led Bauducco®'s operations in the United States, driving the brand's presence in more than 50 countries. He is recognized for his entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven leadership, and ability to build and develop high-performing teams. He holds a bachelor's degree and a postgraduate specialization in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.
